The breakfast was outstanding, truly a highlight of our
Stay. The assortment of fresh items was impressive, and I especially appreciated how the staff arranged my request for a pre-dawn meal during Ramadan. the steep walk back from the mosque can be tiring after a long day.

The staff was quite attentive and prompt with service.
Our stay was marred by several frustrations. the housekeeping seemed lacking. I found dust in the corners of the room, which only added to my discomfort. Finally, the breakfast options left much to be desired, lacking the quality one might expect from a five-star establishment.

Staying here with my friends was amazing! The room had a breathtaking view, and the breakfast buffet was delicious with tons of options. We visited the historical sites and thoroughly enjoyed our time. Staff were friendly and accommodating too. Just a heads up, be ready for a bit of a walk back from the Haram, especially after a long day.
Our room did have a situation with some noise from the air conditioning, which was distracting at times. It would help if they could attend to this issue. Overall though, it didn't take away from our fun experience.

Definitely for families
The service was very nice. One day, after a long day at the sites, we ordered room service and it was fast and the food was just heavenly.
It wasn’t exactly cheap but still acceptable.

A surprise breakfast in bed
The highlight of our stay was the staff's kindness in facilitating my pre-dawn meal during Ramadan. This gesture made our experience truly memorable, and the flower bouquet for my wife was a delightful touch.
The distance to the mosque was a bit longer than expected, and the delay in response regarding our breakfast request was frustrating. We managed, but it felt like a missed opportunity.

Exceptional breakfast and fantastic staff service
I enjoyed a delightful stay for 2 nights in a Deluxe Twin Room with City View. The breakfast was truly a highlight, featuring an array of freshly baked pastries and a selection of organic juices. Special thanks to Umar, who crafted the best omelets, and Mohammed, who served an outstanding tea—I looked forward to breakfast every day! While the hotel was conveniently close to Haram, the walk back involved a bit of an uphill trek.

great service but steep location
The staff were exceptionally friendly, especially during the breakfast hours. The breakfast selection impressed me with its variety, particularly the freshly prepared pastries that I eagerly anticipated each morning. The Junior King Suite offered a breathtaking view of the city, which enhanced our experience significantly.
The steep location can be quite a challenge for those returning from the nearby sites.

The hospitality was outstanding, especially from Masoud, who ensured our room services were prompt and attentive. Breakfast offered a delightful variety, featuring freshly baked pastries and even peanut butter, which was a hit in our family. Although the atmosphere was modern and inviting, the location required about a 7-10 minute walk to reach the Haram gate, with a shuttle option that went unused. The staff's helpfulness added to the experience, but the partial view of the Haram didn't meet our expectations.
