Just a good match for a city escape in Mecca with fantastic value for money. The breakfast selection was impressive, particularly the array of pastries that I looked forward to every day. Make sure to wear comfortable shoes for the walk to the Haram.

Our stay was marred by several frustrations. the housekeeping seemed lacking. I found dust in the corners of the room, which only added to my discomfort. Finally, the breakfast options left much to be desired, lacking the quality one might expect from a five-star establishment.

Staying here with my friends was amazing! The room had a breathtaking view, and the breakfast buffet was delicious with tons of options. We visited the historical sites and thoroughly enjoyed our time. Staff were friendly and accommodating too. Just a heads up, be ready for a bit of a walk back from the Haram, especially after a long day.

Our room did have a situation with some noise from the air conditioning, which was distracting at times. It would help if they could attend to this issue. Overall though, it didn't take away from our fun experience.

The service was very nice. One day, after a long day at the sites, we ordered room service and it was fast and the food was just heavenly.

I enjoyed a delightful stay for 2 nights in a Deluxe Twin Room with City View. The breakfast was truly a highlight, featuring an array of freshly baked pastries and a selection of organic juices. Special thanks to Umar, who crafted the best omelets, and Mohammed, who served an outstanding tea—I looked forward to breakfast every day! While the hotel was conveniently close to Haram, the walk back involved a bit of an uphill trek.

Breakfast offered a delightful variety, featuring freshly baked pastries and even peanut butter, which was a hit in our family. Although the atmosphere was modern and inviting, the location required about a 7-10 minute walk to reach the Haram gate, with a shuttle option that went unused. The staff's helpfulness added to the experience, but the partial view of the Haram didn't meet our expectations.
